Stuff Mushroom 


  • 8-10  Fresh mashroom
  • 3 Tbs. oil
  • 2 Tbs.  Chopped Onions
  • 2 Tbs.  Chopped Red Peppers
  • 1tbs Grated Paneer
  • 2 Tbs. Grated  Process Cheese
  • Salt
  • White and black Pepper 



  1. Remove and chopped  Stems from Mushroom.
  2. Melt Butter In Pan Add Chopped  Mushroom Stems, Onions And Peppers Cook And Stir Until Tender.

  3. Remove From Heat  Add Cheese And Cottage Cheese In To Mixture And Seasoning; 

  4. Filling By Spoon Into Mushroom Caps. Place On Baking Sheet. Apply little oil.

  5. Baked in oven for 8 to 10 minute 180 c  approximately.   

  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
