Shahi Mashroom


  • 200 Grm mashroom
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter         
  • 3 Tbsp Oil     
  • 1 Bay Leaves           
  • 1cloves         
  • 1cinnamon Stick     
  • 1/2tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2tsp Garlic Paste  
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder    
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder     
  • 1.1/2 Cup Tomato Puree   
  • 2 Tbsp cashew nut  Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Salt  To Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kasoori Methi ,Crushed   
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cream


  1. Heat Oil In A Pan Add Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Red Chilies Sauté For Half Minute.
  2. Add Onions And Sauté Till Golden Brown. Add Ginger And Garlic Paste then add Mushroom sauté For Minutes, Add Tomato puree Add All Spices. Cook Till Oil Separates From The spices.

  3. Add Half Cup Of Water Cashew nut paste and milk Cook Covered On Low Heat For Two To Three Minutes.
  4. Sprinkle Kastoori Methi . Remove From Heat And Mix In Cream.

  5.  Serve Hot, Garnished With Chopped Coriander Leaves.
