Onion and Tomato Masala 


  • 2 tbsp   Refined Oil                         
  • 2 tsp     Ginger & Garlic Paste             
  •  2 no     onion              
  • 4           Tomatoes           
  • 1 tsp     Turmeric                             
  • ½ tbsp  Red Chili powder                   
  • 1/2tsp   Coriander Powder                     
  • 2 tbsp    Tomato Puree                  
  • salt to taste        


  1. Heat The Oil cook the onions till golden in color put ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, 
  2. than add tomatoes cook well and add red chili powder, coriander powder salt and than add tomato puree ,cook again till oil start floating .       
  3. Served with roti or chapti
  4. Note you can use as masala gravy
