  • 200 Gm Diced Mushrooms
  • 1 Chopped Onions
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 1 Small Stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3tbs Oil Or Butter
  • Water As Required (Small Quantity)

  1. Heat Oil In A Pan Add Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom Sauté For Half A Minute Add Onions And Sauté Till Golden Brown. Add Ginger And Garlic Paste Cook For Another Thirty Seconds. Add Mushroom Sauté  For  30 Second  
  2. Then Add All Spices  Cook Till Oil Separates From The Masala. Add Chopped Tomato And Water  Salt And Simmer Until Mushrooms Soften.
  3. Garnish With Green Chilies And Coriander. Serve It Hot.
