  • 250 Grm Mushroom Cubes 
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes,
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Whole
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 1 Small Stick Cinnamon
  • 2 Red Chili Whole
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1tsp  Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp  Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Kasoori Methi 
  • 2 Tbsp Cream
  • 1cup Water
  • Salt To Taste
  • Few Ginger Julienne  For Garnish
  • Few Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish
  • 3 Tbsp Of Oil

  1. Heat Oil In A Pan Add Coriander Whole, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Red Chilies Sauté For Half Minute. Add Onions And Sauté Till Golden Brown. Add Ginger And Garlic Paste Continue To Sauté.
  2. Then Add Mushroom saute For One minutes, Stirring Continuously. 
  3. Add Tomato Chopped And  Tomato Puree Then Add All Spices.Stir. Cook Till Oil Separates From The Spices. Add  Half Cup Of Water.  Cook Till Mushroom Soften  Sprinkle Kasoori Methi , Mix  Cream And Butter .
  4. Serve Hot, Garnished With  Coriander Leaves
