Mushroom do Pyaza


  • 200 gm mushroom 
  • 1 No Onions, Dice
  • 1 Onion Chop
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste 
  • 1/2 Gms Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 No Whole Red Chili
  • 2 No Clove
  • 1 No Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 No  Bayleaf
  • 2 Green Cardamom 
  • 1/2 Garam Masala
  • 3 Cup  Tomato Puree
  • 1tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1-1/2 Water
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee
  • Salt To Taste


  1. Wash and Clean Mushroom Cut Into  two Pieces.

  2. Heat Oil A Pan Add Onion Dice Cook Till Translucent Strain Keep It Side.

  3. Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves, And Green Cardamoms And Sauté For Half A Minute , Add Chopped Onions. Fry The Onions Till Golden Then Add The Ginger Garlic Paste.
  4. Add The mushroom Pieces Continue To Sauté For Minutes, Stirring Continuously then Add The Tomato Puree, The Dry spices, And Keep Stirring The Mixture On Low Flame For A While Till Oil Separates.
  5. Add Water, Bring To A Boil, Cover And Cook Till The mushroom Is Fully Done.

  6. Then add onion dice into the mashroom mix well

  7. Garnish With Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot.
