  • 2 potatoes boiled
  • 1 cup curd or beaten Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dhania powder
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garam masala
  • 1 stalk curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp. coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2  cup water
  • 1/2 tsp.  ginger paste  
  • As required  green chilies paste
  • 1 tsp. each cumin, mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp. oil


  1. Cut potatoes into big pieces. Keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in pan . Add the cumin seed and mustard seed when they splutter add ginger paste and curry leaves. Add all spices cook on low flame  fry for 1/2 minutes.
  3. Add beaten curd and stir continue  for 4 minutes till the curd loses its whiteness. stir continues  Add ½ cupwater and all the potato Stir well.
  4.  Serve hot Garnish with chopped coriander.
