ALOO RASMISA

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 no potatoes peeled, boiled 
  • 1 no tomato big chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil 
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds 
  • 1 tbsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 coriander powder
  • 1- 1/2  cups water 
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in pan add cumin, when it crackle then add mashed potatoes and fry on the flame.
     
  2. Add all spices and tomato chopped  and Stir continue till mixed well with potato  then add  water cook for 3 to 4 minute.
     
  3.   serve with Puri or parantha garnish coriander leaves.
