  • 1/4  cup green peas
  • 2 Potatoes boiled
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/4tsp cumin seed
  • 1tbp ginger julienne
  • 1 tbs oriander leaves chop
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2tsp garam masala
  • Pinch turmeric
  • 2 Green chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of Turmeric

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds   green chilli, stir-fry for half minute. Add green peas sauté for while tomato chopped and tomato puree cook for another half minute 
  2. add all spices stir-fry at slow flame till oil separates from the masala. then add some water at the end add boiled Potato  
  3. Garnish  with chopped coriander leaves
