Mint Chutney Sandwich


  • 3 Tbsp yogurt/ fresh curd Beaten
  • 1-1/2 cup  fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves.
  • 1 green chili Chopped
  • 1 small onion  Chopped
  • 1 tsp  Ginger Chopped
  • 1 tsp chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • black salt or rock salt To Taste

  1. Grind all the ingredient ( mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, onion and green chili with little water ) make it smooth  paste.

  2. Then add and Mix curd into the green chutney

  3. Serve Cold with Tandoori Chicken or Pakoras
