  • 2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 1tbsp Ginger Julienne
  • 2 Tomato Dice
  • 1 No Green Chili Slant Cut
  • 2Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon -Inch Piece
  • 1Bay Leaf
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 Cup Water
  • ½ Small Carrot  Dice
  • 3  Beans Dice
  • ¼ Cup  Green Pease

  1. Wash And Soak Rice In Water For 20 Minutes. Drain And Keep It.
  2. Aside.Heat The Oil In A Pot  Add Cloves, Cinnamon And Star Anise Bay- Leaf, Sauté For A Few Second  And Then Add Cumin Seeds, Green Chili And Ginger Julienne When The Seeds Is Splutters. Add Carrot, Beans, Green Pease And Cauliflower. 
  3. Add The Rice And Sauté For Four To Five Minutes. Add The Water And Salt Cover With A Lid And Cook Till The Rice Is Done.
  4.  Before Serving Sprinkle With Garam Masala Serve Hot.
