  • 2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 3 No Red Chili Whole Slant Cut
  • 2Cloves
  • 1Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Chana Dal Roasted
  • 5 To 6 Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 Cup Water
  • Salt To Taste

Wash And Soak Rice In Water For 20 Minutes. Drain And Keep It Aside.

Heat The Oil In A Pot  Add Cloves, Bay Leaf, Sauté For A Few Second  And Then  Add The Rice And Sauté For Four To Five Minutes. Add The Water And Salt Cover With A Lid And Cook Till The Rice Is Done.


Heat The Oil In  Fry Pan  Add Ginger ,Grated Mustard Seeds And  Red Whole Chili Cook For Few Second .Add Chana Dal, And Curry Leaves Cook For Minute. Add Turmeric Powder A Cook On A Slow Flame For 1 To 2 Minutes, While Stirring Continuously.


Add Rice Squeeze Lemon Juice And Salt On The Rice Mix Well Serve Hot.
