  • 2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ Cup Green Peas
  • 1 No Green Chili Slant Cut
  • 2Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon -Inch Piece
  • 1Bay Leaf
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 Cup Water
  • ¼ Tsp Garam Masala

Wash And Soak Rice In Water For 20 Minutes. Drain And Keep It Aside.

Heat The Oil In A Pot  Add Cloves, Cinnamon And Star Anise Bay- Leaf, Sauté For A Few Second  And Then Add Cumin Seeds And Green Chili And Green Peas When The Seeds Is Splutters.  Add The Rice And Sauté For Four To Five Minutes. Add The Water And Salt Cover With A Lid And Cook Till The Rice Is Done.


Before Serving Sprinkle With Garam Masala Serve Hot
