Spaghetti Carbonara 


  • 1 portion pasta - spaghetti
  • ½ onions chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic chopped
  • 2 bacon slices
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • ½ lit milk
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1egg beaten
  • ½ tsp parsley grated
  • Salt, Pepper and black ground to taste



  1. Blanched  the spaghetti pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente, drain, cool it down and keep it aside
  2. Heat oil in pan sauté bacon until golden, strain excess fat.
  3. Add onions and garlic and sauté until translucent
  4. Make a mixture of milk, eggs and little water add it to the bacon on the slow flame 
  5. Now toss pasta in sauce, cook for 1-2 minute
  6. Add parmesan cheese and heavy cream
  7. adjust seasoning garnish with parsley  Serve hot
