Spaghetti Bolognese


  •  150 gm Beef minced
  • 1 portion spaghetti
  •  ½ Onions, fine small dice
  • ½ stick Celeriac, fine small dice
  •  ½ Carrots, fine small dice
  • 2 tbsp Red wine
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1tsp Thyme, rosemary, (fine chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Garlic paste
  • 1tbsp Olive oil
  • For flavor Bay leaf, peppercorn, clove


  1. Blanched  the spaghetti pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente, drain, cool it down and keep it aside
  2. Heat oil in pot add bay leaf and crushed black pepper corn, garlic, onion, celeriac, carrot,  Cook until translucent then 
  3. add minced beef cook for 1- 2 minute  deglaze with Red wine then add Tomato puree Stir continuously 
  4. add stock salt and pepper to pot and cover it,Reduce heat and simmer until meat is properly  cooked, stir occasionally.     
  5. Now toss pasta in sauce, adjust seasoning  and cook for 1 to 2 minutes 
    serve hot.
