Fusilli Primavera 


  • Portion fusilli  pasta
  • 1 cup cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, broccoli(peppers red med peppers- green) julienne 
  • Onions julienne
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper - black ground to taste
  • 2 cup  béchamel sauce
  • Oil - olive blended

For Garnish

  • Cheery Tomato
  • Parsley , oregano Chopped
  •  Parmesan cheese Grated


  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, drain
  2. Boiled the broccoli, Cauliflower and carrot keep it aside
  3. Heat olive oil in pan Sauté garlic and onions till translucent  
  4. Add all the other vegetables cook for while
  5. Add béchamel   sauce adjust seasoning
  6. Now Toss Pasta in sauce and vegetable Cook for minute,  
  7. Garnish with parmesan cheese and cherry Tomato
