  • 700 Gms Mutton Bone
  • 300 Gm Mutton Keema
  • 2 Onion Finely Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Tomato Pate
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 ½ Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1tbsp Ginger Julienne
  • Pinch Chaat Masala
  • 2 No Lemon Juice
  • 5 Cloves
  • 3 Green Cardamom
  • 5 Sticks Cinnamon
  • 5 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • Chopped Coriander To Garnish

  1. Heat Oil In Pan. Add Cinnamon, Cloves And Green Cardamoms Sauté For Half A Minute then add Chopped Onions And Fry Till Golden Brown. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. 
  2. add mutton cook Turn Into Brown Add All The Spices Powder Except Chaat Masala Cook Till Oil Separates From The Spices Then Add Sufficient Amount Of Water And Cook Till Almost Tender Then Mutton Mince.
  3. Add Tomato Gravy Adjust Seasoning. Cook For Few Minute .Now  Gravy Is Medium Thick In Consistency.
  4. At The End Lemon Juice, Green Chili, Chaat Masala. 
  5.  Garnish With Chopped Coriander, Ginger Julienne And Serve Hot.
