  • 1 Kg Mutton
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 2 Onion Finely Chopped
  • ¼  Cup Tomato Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 ½ Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 5 Cloves
  • 3 Green Cardamom
  • 5 Sticks Cinnamon
  • 5 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • Chopped Coriander To Garnish

  1. Mix Mutton Pieces With Hung Curd, Half Of Ginger, Garlic Paste And Red Chili Powder. 
  2. Heat Oil In Pan. Add Cinnamon, Cloves And Green Cardamoms Sauté For Half A Minute Put Chopped Onions And Fry Till Golden Brown. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste And Fry Again For About One Minutes.

  3. Add All Spices Powder Cook Till Oil Separates From The Spices. Now Add Mutton With The Marinade Paste And Stir Fry, Fry Till Mutton Turn Into brown.
  4. Then Add Sufficient Amount Of Water And Cook Till Almost Tender Add Tomato Gravy Adjust Seasoning. Cook For Few Minute .Now  Gravy Is Medium Thick In Consistency.

  5. Garnish With Chopped Coriander And Serve Hot
