Mutton Seekh Kebab 


  • 500 gm Mutton Minced 
  • Pinch Cloves Powder
  • Pinch Cinnamon                            
  • Pinch Cumin Powder                         
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Powdee  
  • Green Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1  Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 Green Chilies-Chopped
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tsp cashew nut paste
  • 2Tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • ½ Tbsp Coriander fresh chopped   
  • ½ Tpsp Mint fresh Chopped         


  1. In a Mutton minced, add ginger garlic paste egg ,cashew nut paste  and powdered spices.

  2. Take portion of mince and Put minced on to skewers Like long sausage-like kebab while pressing on to a skewer. Apply some oil on your hands. add chopped mint & coriander on to minced.
  3.  Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven.  When Minced Is Almost Done, Baste It With Oil, Roast Again Till Done.
  4. Served Hot Garnish with coriander Sprigs, red onion rings (Laccha), Slant cut green chili.
