Mutton Do Pyaza


  • 500 Gms Mutton 
  • 2 No Onions, Chopped
  • 1 No Onions Dice
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger,  Garlic Paste.
  • 500 Gms Onions.
  • 200 Gms Curd, Beaten.
  • 4 Nos Cloves.
  • 4Cardamoms, Green
  • 4 Nos 1/2" Piece Ginger
  • 1stick Cinnamon, 
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 Tsp.Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tbsp.Coriander Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Ghee.
  • Salt To Taste


  1. Marinated Mutton Pieces  With Hung  Curd Ginger And Garlic Paste And Red Chili Powder.

  2. Heat Oil In Pan Add Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon Fry For 30 Second Add Chopped Onion  Cook Till Brown. 
  3.  Add Marinated Mutton  Fry Till Mutton Turn Into Brown  Then Add Sufficient Amount Of Water And Cook Till Almost Tender.

  4. Then Add Onion Dice  Add Tomato Puree And All The Spices Cook Till Oil Separates From The Masala. 
  5. Then Adjust Seasonings  Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
