  • 500 Grams Boneless Mutton, Curry Cut
  • 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves
  • 3-4Green Cardamoms
  • 2Cloves
  • 1 Stick Cinnamon
  • 2 Black Cardamoms
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1tbsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Tbls Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Red Chilies Whole
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves,Chopped

  1. Heat Oil In Pan Add Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon Mutton In A Non Stick Pan. Fry Till Mutton Turn Into Brown   Add Four Cups Of Water, Cover And Cook Till Meat Is Tender.

  2.  Heat Oil In A Fry Pan.   Red Chili Whole And Sauté For Half A Minute. Add Onions, Sauté Till Onions Are Golden Brown. Add Ginger Garlic Paste Stir Continues.  
  3. Add All Spices And Stir Cook Add Tomato Puree Cook Till Oil Separates From The Masala Then Add Mutton. 
  4. Adjust Seasonings  Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
