Vegetable Seekh Kebab Roll


  • 2 large carrots, grated (Boiled)
  • 4-6 beans, chopped (Boiled)
  • 3 No Grated potatoes (Boiled)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2cup roasted gram flour
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp cumin Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • 2 No Lemon Juice 
  • 1Tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tsp ginger, chopped
  • Corn Flour if required

For the chapatis

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • salt to taste

Other Ingredient

  • 2 no onion Julienne
  • Lemon Slice
  • Salt As Per Taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan sauté ginger and garlic cook for while then  add carrot, beans, potatos, salt & pepper add all spices and cheese.

  2. Mix well then add roasted gram flour to make the mixture into a dough.

  3. Put portion of mixture on to skewers Like long sausage-like kebab while pressing on to a skewer. Apply some oil on your hands.
  4. Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven.  When Minced Is Almost Done, Baste It With Oil, Roast Again Till Done.

 For the chapatis

  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

  2. Roll it out each make it thin chapatti Cook lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.

How to arrange

  1. Keep  the veg seekh in the centre of each chapatti
  2. Then add vinegar onion Julienne on top of veg Seekh  and roll up tightly.
  3. Cut into two pieces as a desired
  4. Served with vinegar onion, mint chutney and Lemon slice
