Vegetable Seekh Kebab


  • 2 large carrots, grated (Boiled)
  • 4-6 beans, chopped (Boiled)
  • 3 No Grated potatoes (Boiled)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2cup roasted gram flour
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp cumin Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • 2 No Lemon Juice 
  •  1Tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tsp ginger, chopped
  • Corn Flour if required



  1. Heat oil in a pan sauté ginger and garlic cook for while then  add carrot, beans, potatos, salt & pepper add all spices and cheese.

  2. Mix well then add roasted gram flour to make the mixture into a dough.

  3. Put one portion of mixture on to skewers Like long sausage-like kebab while pressing on to a skewer. 
  4. Apply some oil on your hands Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven. 
  5.  When Minced Is Almost Done, Baste It With Oil, Roast Again Till Done.
  6.  serve with tomato ketchup or mint and chili chutney.
