Mutton Seekh Kebab Roll


  • 500 gm Mutton Minced                                       
  • Pinch Cloves Powder
  • Pinch Cinnamon                                   
  • Pinch Cumin Powder                                          
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Powdee          
  • Green Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1  Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 Green Chilies-Chopped
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tsp cashew nut paste
  • 2Tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • ½ Tbsp Coriander fresh chopped             
  • ½ Tpsp Mint fresh Chopped                                
  • to taste Salt      & pepper                     

 For the chapatis

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • Salt to taste

Other Ingredient

  • 2 no onion Julienne
  • Lemon Slice
  • Salt As Per Taste


  1. Clean The Chicken, Remove The Skin And Cut Into Pieces .
  2. Red Chili Powder, Salt, Ginger Paste, And  Garlic Paste Apply This To The Chicken Pcs And Leave It For Half An Hour.

  3. Take Yogurt In A Bowl, Add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala Powder Coriander Powder And Mustard Oil. Cardamom Powder  Clove Powder Chat Masala Mix Well.

  4. Apply This Marinade To The Chicken Pcs. Put The Chicken Onto The Skewer And Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven.  When Chicken Is Almost Done, Baste It With Oil, Roast Again Till Done.

 For the chapatis

  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

  2. Roll it out each make it thin chapatti Cook lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside. 

How to Arrange

  1. spread the Chicken Tikka in the centre of each chapatti.
  2. Then add vinegar onion Julienne on top of tikkas   and roll up tightly.
  3. Cut into two pieces as a desired.

  4. Served with vinegar onion, mint chutney and Lemon slice.
