Mutton keema Roll


  • For Marination
  • 500 grm Mutton mince (keema)
  • 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chili sauce

  • For The Chapatis

  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • salt to taste

  • Other Ingredient

  • Mint and coriander Chutney
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • 2 no onion Julienne
  • Lemon Slice
  • Salt As Per Taste      





  • Combine all marination  ingredient in mixing bowl keep it aside for one hour
  •  Heat oil in a pan. Add marinated mince and cook on medium heat till the mince is cooked. (Optional water if required)  and dry.

For the chapatis

  • Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
  • Roll it out each make it thin chapatti Cook lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.


How to arrnge

  • spread the mutton keema in the centre of each chapatti.
  • add  onion Julienne on top of keema  and roll up tightly.
  • Cut into two pieces or as a desired shape.
  • Served with onion rings, mint chutney and Lemon slice.
