Paneer Tikka Rolls

For Marinade Paneer Tikka

  • For marination
  • 400 grm  Paneer small cubed
  • 3 tbsp mashed mix pickle
  • 1 Tsp green Chili Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

  • For the chapatis
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • salt to taste

  • Other Ingredient
  • Mint and coriander Chutney
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • 2 no onion small diced
  • Bell pepper small diced
  • Lemon Slice
  • Salt As Per Taste

Achari Paneer Roll


  1. Combine All The Ingredients of marination And Whisk Well.

  2. Dip Paneer Cubes capsicum and tomato In The Marination  And Keep it Aside.

  3. For Half An Hour, Preferably In The Refrigerator.

  4. Thread The Marinated Paneer Cubes, tomato diced, and capsicum diced Onto Skewers Put Into Tandoor Or Make It Roast In Oven.

For the chapatis

  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

  2. Roll it out each make it thin chapatti Cook lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.

  3. Spread  the filling in the centre of each chapati and roll up tightly.

  4. Cut into two pieces as a desired.

  5. Served with vinegar onion and mint chutney.
