  • 1 cup Garam flour (Besan)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 garam masala powder
  • 1 whole green chili
  • 1 Potato thin (slices)
  • 1 Cauliflower flowerets (Blanched)
  • 1 1/2 cup Sliced Onion

  1. Take gram flour in a mixing bowl, add  garam masala powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well all the ingredients  add little water step by step stir continue avoid lumps  make a thick batter.

  2. Marinated with  salt, chili powder and Chaat masala of vegetables.

  3. Dip each piece of Vegetable into the batter and deep fry them till golden on medium flame.
  4. Take them out on a observant paper sprinkle  of Chaat masala.

  5. Serve Hot Vegetable Pakora  with mint chutney
