Veg Cutlet


  • 4  boiled (mashed potatoes)
  • ΒΌ cup green peas  boiled
  • 1 no Carrot boiled
  • 1 no green chili chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  •  salt to taste
  • 1 cup Bread crumb
  • oil for greasing and cooking


  1. Combine all ingredients except   bread crumb, Oil.     

  2. Dip each cutlet in the prepared plain flour mixture and roll in the bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides.

  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry each cutlet till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.

  4. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup
