For Bhature

  • 1 cup Flour (Maida
  • 1/6 cup Dahi (Curd)
  • pinch Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • Water to make dough

For Chole

  • 1 cup boiled chole
  • 1 big onion grated
  • 1 tsp Anardana
  • 1 tsp giner paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tpsp red chili powder
  • 1/2tbsp channa masala
  • 3 medium tomatoes grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tblsp Green Coriander chopped

  1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of bhutre ingredient  and mix well. Then add water step by step, knead and make a soft dough.

  2. Apply a refined oil on the dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for fermentation for 2 - 3 hrs in a room temperature.

  3. heat the oil in kadai  Take A Piece Of Dough (60-70gm). Roll It Out In A Small oval shape. Drop the bhutre in kadai Fry Gently Pressing Down The bhutre With Frying Spoon.

  4. Serve with chole and mix pickle 

To Make chole :

  1.  Heat oil in a kadhai and add the ginger and garlic paste cook for while then add grated onion. Stir fry till little golden brown in colour. 
  2. Then add tomato grated and all the spices Cook it till the masala leaves the oil side. Now add only the choley dry (with out water) and let it simmer for 5 - 7 minutes. Finally add some chole boiling water liquid and further cook for 10 minutes.
  3. When the chole get be thick add the garam masala and chopped green coriander.
  4. Serve Hot garnish coriander leaves and ginger julienne.
