Bread Pakora


  • 4- Bread Slices
  • 2 potato (boiled mashed)
  • 1cup Gram Flour
  • 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • 1/4th tsp Garam Masala powder
  • ½ tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for batter
  • Oil for frying


  1. Combine these ingredient mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, salt in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Take one bread slice apply mixture of mashed potatoes put another bread slice on the top of mixture

  3. Cut into triangle of bread           
  4. In a bowl take a gram flour add little turmeric powder, little salt and Add little water make a better.  

  5. Heat oil in a kadai.
  6. Dip bread piece into the batter and fry till golden on medium flame.

  7. Serve hot  bread Pakora  with green chutney and tomato chutney
