Aloo Tikki 


  • 3  boiled (mashed potatoes)
  • ΒΌ cup green peas 
  • 1 no green chili chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp red  chili powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp corn flour 
  • salt to taste
  • oil for greasing and cooking


  1. Combine all the ingredients with mashed potatoes and green peas,   in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Make it small balls of potato mixture and  flatten them  by palm into a round shape.

  3. Heat oil in pan for shellow fry the tikkis, till both sides are golden brown.

  4. serve aloo tikki  with Mint chutney or tomato chutne
