  • 1 Cup Suji    
  • I/2 Cup  Mix Veg (Carrot, Beans, Peas)
  • 2-3 Red Chilli Whole          
  • ½  Tsp Black Mustard Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Rai    
  • 8 To 10 Curry Leaves         
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Milk
  •  Milk As Required   
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

  1. Heat Oil In Kadai Add Mustard Seeds And Rai Cook Till Splatter. Add  Curry Leaves And Red Chili Whole into It And Fry Till They Turn Red.

  2. Then Add Suji And Salt, Stirring Constantly To Light Brown Color.

  3. Add All The Vegetables, Now Add Water And Milk Allow It Simmer On Low Heat Stirring Constantly Till It Becomes Little Thick.

  4. Garnish with red chili whole, served with tomato chutney.
