  • 2 Cups Thick Poha
  • ½ Cup Vegetable (Beans, Peas Carrot ) Boiled
  • 1 Onions Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies (Slant Cut)
  • 1 whole red chili 1×4
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10-15 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Peanuts
  • 4 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 1 no Lemon
  • Few Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • Salt To Taste

  1. Soak The Poha In Water For While. And Drain All The Water.

  2. Heat Oil In Pan Add  Mustard Seeds Curry Leaves And Fry Until They Crackle Then Add Chopped Onions, Green Chilies.
  3. Cook Till Onion Turn Translucent  Add All Spices And Vegetable Cook For While And  Add Poha, Coriander Leaves And Stir.Keep It On Slow Flame Stir Continue  For 2 -3  Minutes.  

  4. And Then Add  Lemon Juice.

  5. Serve Hot
