  • 1 Cup Regular Rice
  • 1 Cup Parboiled Rice
  • ½ Cup Urad Dal Wash
  • Salt To Taste 
  • Water As Required
  • Oil As Required

Uttampam Masla

  • 2onion Chopped
  • 2tomato Chopped
  • 1tbspcoriander Leaves
  • 2 No Green Chili


  1. Wash And Soak Rice Washed Urad Dal In The Water For 5-6 Hours.

  2. Finely Grind Make It Batter Add Salt And Leave It For Ferment3-4 Hours.
  3. Heat A Flat Pan Or A Flat Non-Stick Pan Then Put The 1 Cup Of Uttapam Batter On Tawa Spread A Little Bit.  

  4. Cook For While When Sides Start Browning And Dry.Then Add Masala On The Uttapam Press By Spatula
  5. Turn It Over And Let It Brown On The Other Side Too.

  6. Serve Hot Uttapam With Sambhar And Coconut Chutney
