  • 1 Cup Bengal Gram 
  • 1 No Onion Chopped  
  • 1 No Tomato Chopped 
  • 1 Green Chili Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • Pinch Turmeric Powder  
  • Salt As Needed
  • Oil for Grilling 



Mix all ingredient in mixing bowl (besan, green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt) add needed water to make a smooth batter. (the batter should not be thin nor thick)

Take a non stick pan, pour one  ladle of batter and spread it into the pan.

When it is cooked, flip it cook slightly on the other side.

Repeat the same process for the rest of the batter

Serve with green chutney or  tomato ketchup
