  • Potato (Boiled Mashed)     
  • 2 Red Chilli Whole
  • I Tsp Black Mustard Seed  
  • 6 No Curry Leaves  
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric     
  • 200 Gm Gram Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Chop
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil For Fry

  1. Heat Oil In Pan Add Mustard Seed Cook For Few Second  Add  Red Chili Whole, Curry Leaves Add Turmeric Cook For While Then Add Mashed Potatoes And Mix Well.
  2. Make It Small Balls Of Potato Mixture.

  3. In A Bowl Take A  Gram Flour Add Little Turmeric Powder, Little Salt And  Add Little Water  Make A Better .

  4. Dip Each Ball In The Batter And Deep Fry Them Till Golden On Medium Flame
  5. Serve Aloo Bonda With Green Chutney And Tomato Chutney
