  • Fish 500 Gms
  • 1/2 Cup  All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala If Required
  • 2 Egg, Lightly Beaten
  • 3 No Lemon Juice
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil For Deep Frying
  • 1 Lemon Slices For Garnish,
  • 1 Coriander Chopped

  1. Place The Fish Fillets In A Bowl, With Lemon Juice, Beaten Egg, Salt, Red Chili Powder ,Turmeric Powder Garam Masala Keep Aside For 30 Minute.
  2. keep the Refind flour in bowl.
  3. Heat Oil In A Deep Pan For Frying. Dust With Flour Fillets  And Deep Fry Till Lightly Browned And Crisp On The Low Heat.
  4. Place Them On An Strainer Then On The Butter Pepper.
  5. Served With Lemon Slice And  Chili Sauce Or Mint Chutney.
