  • For The Batter
  • Fish 500 Gms
  • 1½ Tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Cup  All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
  • Cold  Water
  • 3 No Lemon Juice
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil For Deep Frying
  • 1 Lemon Slices For Garnish,
  • 1 Tbsp Mint And Coriander Chopped

  1. Marinate Fish Fillets In A Bowl, With Lemon Juice, Salt, Half Of Red Chili Powder. 
  2. Take a Refined Flour In A Bowl. Add Salt, Baking Powder, Red Chili Powder, Mint And Coriander Powder And Egg. Mix Well.
  3. Add Chilled Water Make It Smooth Batter.
  4. Heat Oil In A Deep Fry Pan For Frying. Dip The Fillets In The Batter And Deep Fry Till Lightly Browned And Crisp On The medium Heat One by One
  5. Take Them Out By Strainer Place on the paper towels.    
  6. Served With Lemon Slice And  Chili Sauce Or Mint Sauce.
