Masala Omelette


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/ 2 Onion  chopped
  • 1/2  Tomato Chopped
  • 1 chopped Green Chilli
  • ½ tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt to taste
  •  Oil


  • Masala Omelette
  • Cheese Omelette
  • Mushroom Omelette
  • Poached Egg
  • Fried Egg
  • Scrambled Egg
  • Egg Curry Masala
  • Egg Bhurji


  1. Beat the eggs thoroughly in a mixing bowl with coriander and salt.

  2. Heat the oil in a non stick pan Add onions, tomatoes and the green chilies. cook for half minute.

  3. Pour the egg mixture and cook on both sides till light brown in colour.
    ( Reduce the flame)
  4. Serve hot with toasted bread, tomato ketchup pepper sauce as you desired.
