  • 400 Gm Chicken
  • 2 Onions Chopped
  • 1 Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2tsp Black Pepper Corn
  • 1/2 Tsp Crushed Ground Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3tbs oil



  1. Clean and Remove The Skin of chicken  And Cut Into Small Pieces.

  2. Marinate The Cleaned Chicken Pieces With Salt, 1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste Crushed Black Pepper Keep It Aside For 30 Minutes.

  3. Roast The Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds In Oven Or Pan Grind To A Powder.

  4. Heat Oil In A Pan Add Mustard Seed And Fry Until Seeds Splutter.
  5. Add Onion And Stir-Fry For Thirty Seconds And Add Ginger And Garlic Paste. 
  6. Add Chicken Cook For Another Thirty Seconds. add Tomatoes and all spices. Cook Till Oil Leaves The spices. Then Add  Water Salt And Allow Them To Cook.until The Chicken Is Well Cooked,
  7. Garnish With Coriander Leaves. Black Pepper Corn
