Chicken Tikka Masala 


For Marination

  •  400 Gms Chicken. (Brest And Thai) Bon less
  • 2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder.
  • 2 No. Lemon Juice
  • 1tsp.Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder.
  • 1/2tsp Chat Masala
  • Salt To Taste
  • Butter 2 Tbsps.
  • Mustard Oil 1 Tbsp.
  • Curd (Yogurt) 1 Cup
  • Salt To Taste 

For Gravy

  • 2 Cup Tomato Puree.
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste.
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste.
  • ¼ green chili paste
  • 1 Tsp.Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
  • Pinch Cardamom Powder
  • Pinch Cinnamon Powder
  • Pinch Clove Powder
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Cream.
  • ½ Tsp Kastoori Methi.
  • 50 Gms Butter
  • Salt To Taste



  1. Clean and Remove The Skin of chicken And Cut Into Pieces.

  2. Red Chili Powder, Salt, Ginger And Garlic Paste Apply This To The Chicken And Leave It For Half An Hour.

  3. Take Yogurt In A Bowl, Add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala Powder Coriander Powder And Mustard Oil. Cardamom Powder Clove Powder Chat Masala Mix Well. Apply This Marinade To The Chicken.

  4. Put The Chicken Onto The Skewer And Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven. When Chicken Is Almost Done, Keep It Aside.
  5. Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves, and Green Cardamoms, Sauté For Half A Minute, Add Chopped Onions. Fry The Onions Till Golden Then Add Ginger and Garlic Paste. 
  6. Add The Tomato Puree, The Dry spicy , And Keep Stirring The Mixture On Low Flame For A While And Fry Well The Mixture Till Oil Separates. 
  7. Add The Chicken Pieces Continue To Sauté For Minutes, Stirring Continuously Cover And Cook for few Minute.

  8. Adjust consistency serve Hot  Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
