  • 400 Gms Chicken Pieces
  • 1 No Onions, Dice
  • 1 Onion Chop
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste 
  • 1/2 Gms Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 No Whole Red Chili
  • 2 No Clove
  • 1 No Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 No  Bayleaf
  • 2 Green Cardamom 
  • 1/2 Garam Masala
  • 3 Cup  Tomato Puree
  • 1tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1-1/2 Water
  • 150 Gms Ghee
  • Salt To Taste




  1. Clean and Remove The Skin of chicken And Cut Into Small Pieces.

  2. Marinate The Cleaned Chicken Pieces With Salt, 1/2 Red Chili Powder 1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste Yoghurt Red Chili Powder  Keep It Aside For 30 Minutes.

  3. Heat Oil A Pan Add Onion Dice Cook Till Translucent Strain Keep It aside.

  4. Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves, And Green Cardamoms And Sauté For Half A Minute , 
  5. Add Chopped Onions. Fry The Onions Till Golden Then Add The Ginger Garlic Paste. Then Add The Chicken Pieces Continue To Sauté For Minutes, Add The Tomato Puree, The Dry Masalas, And Keep Stirring The Mixture On Low Flame For A While And Fry Well The Mixture Till Oil Separates. Add Water,Cover And Cook Till The Chicken Is Fully Done.

  6. Garnish With Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot.
