Chicken Curry


  • 400 Gm Chicken Bone Less
  • 2  Onions
  • 2 Cup Tomatoes Puree
  • 1/2tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Sp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2black Cardamom
  • 2green Cardamom Powder
  • 1clove
  • 1bay-Leaf
  • 3 Tbs Oil
  • 1-1/4 Water
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1tsp Chopped Coriander For Garnish



  1. Heat Oil In A Pan Add Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Sauté For Half A Minute.
  2. Add Onion saute Till Golden brown And Add Ginger And Garlic Paste. Cook For  Thirty Seconds.
  3. Then Add The Chicken Pieces saute for while then Add Tomato Puree, And  The Dry Masalas, And Keep Stirring The Mixture On Low Flame For A While Fry Well The Mixture Till Oil Separates.
  4. Then Add Water Cover And Cook Till The Chicken Is Done.

  5. Garnished With Coriander. Serve Hot Chicken Curry With Roti, Naan Or Rice
