Mutton Patty


  • 200 gm mutton mince
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 50 gm breadcrumbs
  • 50 gm mature cheddar, grated
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 beaten egg.
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tbsp plain flour
  • Olive oil

Method for patty 


  1. Heat oil in pan add onion and garlic till translucent add bell pepper cook for while . Set aside to cool.                                                                                  
  2. Take mince beef in a large bowl. Add vegetable mixture and egg, bread crumb in mince.Season with salt and pepper Mix well.                                      
  3.  Make it big balls of mixture and flatten them by palm into a round in shape or as your burger size.                                                                             
  4.  Place the patties on the preheated griller cook from the both side until tender and golden brown in colour .                                                                   
  5. Drain extra oil using absorbent paper Serve hot with Green Chutney.
