Chicken Steak Burger 


  • 2 no burger
  • 1 no  chicken breast
  • 2 egg
  • ½  cup flour
  •  2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Extra ingredients

  • 1 no burger bun
  • Melted butter ( unsalted)
  • 1 tbsp  mustard sauce
  • 1 leaves roman lettuce
  • 1 no onion roundel 
  • 1 no tomato roundel
  • 1 no gherkin

Method For Steak

  1. Slant cut the chicken breast from sides (right to left)                              
  2. Marinate the chicken with all seasoning.                                                        
  3. Then dust with flour, dip into beaten egg  then apply bread crumb               
  4.  Heat the oil in a kadhai, deep-fry chicken breast till golden brown in colour from both the side.                                                                              
  5. Drain extra oil using absorbent paper and keep aside. 

How to arrange

  1. Cut the burger bun into the half  then apply butter and  toast them in  the salamander or Frying pan.                                                                 
  2. Spread the mustard dressing on the bottom of  burger.                                
  3. Then place the lettuces leaves and fried chicken steak on the top            
  4. Arrange tomato and onion, gherkin and jalapeno roundel on head of the Burger                                                                                                         
  5. Serve hot with French fries.
