Chicken Burger 


Chicken patty 

  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  •  2 tsp  garlic chopped
  •  1 bell pepper chopped
  • 200 gm  minced chicken
  •  1 egg
  •  1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Extra ingredients

  • 1 no burger bun
  • Melted butter ( unsalted)
  • 1 Swiss cheese slice 
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 1 cucumber slice
  • Few lettuce julienne (optional ) 

For cocktail mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp  tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp  mayonnaise
  • 1tbsp  whole double cream
  • Optional pepper sauce 
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method For Patty


  1. Heat oil in pan  add onion and garlic til translucent  add bell pepper  cook for while . Set aside to cool.                                                               
  2. Take mince chicken in a large bowl. Add vegetable mixture and egg, bread crumb in mince.Season with  salt and pepper Mix  well.                          
  3. Make it big balls of mixture and flatten them by palm into a round  in shape or as your burger size.                                                                       
  4. Place the patties on the preheated griller cook from the both side until tender and golden brown in colour.                                                                   
  5. Drain extra oil using absorbent paper and keep aside.                                   

For cocktails dressing

Combine all ingredient and mix well

How to arrange

  1. Cut the burger bun into the half  then apply butter and  toast them in the salamander or Frying Pan.                                                                
  2. Keep the Swiss  cheese slice on the patty, gratin ate in salamander for half a minute.                                                                                                               
  3. Spread the cocktails dressing on the burger.                                                   
  4. Place the tomato slice, cucumber slice and then cheese chicken patty on the top Close the burger.                                                                         
  5. Serve hot with French fries and lettuce salad
